NV Nouveau Foch

This is a light bodied, easy drinking Beaujolais style wine. Made with our Estate grown Marechal Foch grapes
NV Morning Harvest
- Variety: Fruit Wine (Infusion)
A medium-dry red table wine. A higher alcohol content and different style of wine making leaves a peppery taste on the palate. This serious red is a nice accompaniment to a big steak dinner.
NV Honey Nut Apple
- Variety: Fruit Wine (Infusion)
Blended with pure honey before fermentation, the harmonious tastes of the apple and honey produce a hint of nuts, which led to the name – Honey Nut Apple wine. The apples are grown by March farms in nearby Bethlehem, Connecticut, just a few miles from the winery.

NV Riesling
- Variety: Riesling (White Riesling) (White)
Made with raw Riesling stock from the Finger Lakes.
Originated in the Rhine region of Germany.
Typically un-oaked (as ours) an displaying flowery and perfume aromas.
Can be made into dry, semi-sweet, sweet and sparking wines. Ours is semi-sweet.
Ranked in the top three as far as quality white wines, along with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

This sought-after dry table wine is produced from the most respected of all white grapes of the world’s principle wine producing areas. Delicate fruit character is preserved through cold fermentation. The stainless steel fermentation on this wine adds to its mild citric, fruity quality. Gently oaked, it proves to be mellow and crisp.
